That's kind of the point.
A) I never even saw Foir in-game.
B) I was having fun minding my own business, when a mod swoops in and chops me in half, which is not fun (for me). When I asked him and he essentially said "becauze Im a mod," I said in global chat ADID ABUSE!!! (In all caps of course) He/she then perma-banned me, which, as I said, is not fun. Not to mention entirely unwarrented, unprofessional, and against their own rules. Especially considering that going from a mod randoming ----> permabanning with nothing in between is crazy.

By all means, do so. I don't really care if I'm banned or unbanned, but if it helps you improve your server then do it. Name was the same as shown on my profile (Winters), time was approx. 10:34PM EST 29 September 2014.

Sorry for the delay but, after going through 2 hours of the logs and after speaking to the people that were part of the incidents. I would like to publicly apologize. The admins on the server may be viewed as harsh compared to other server admins, but that is because they like what they do and they want to make the experience as nice as possible for everyone. I understand that in your case it might have not been as nice. The admin that slayed your group and banned you was Undertax, and he is one of the few that is very well liked by the players on the server. According to the logs and to the people around prior to what happened, a person in the group that you were with, randomly attacked the admin while he was trying to help another player. When he turned to ask who it was that shot him, you all ran away.
I have to say from experience, that being an admin on a PW server is no simple task and can be very demanding and frustrating at times. Please remember that these admins volunteer their time to help make the gameplay of others seem a bit more enjoyable.
Anyways, when no one in the group said anything, about who or why they shot the admin, he slayed the entire group. Thus, your spam on all channels started.
As far as your claim stating that there was never a reason given as to why you were slain, frozen, muted and eventually banned, maybe you may have missed the announcements while you were on your spamming-spree.

If you were an admin standing in the town square during weekend primetime and one person punched you, would you proceed to slay twenty other people just because "they were near me, so they're all in the same group?" people always deserve another chance =P but you are right, if you really had nothin to do with what happened,
1 - why run away with them
2 - why freak and spam continuously
3 - why not tell the admin u were not a part of the group?
honestly, i didn't want to say it but it appears all you were trying to do was bait someone so that you could try and troll so that you could bring it somewhere and flame and get attention I think you sir have 'factitious disorder' and should seek medical help.

1 - You say "run away." Consider that A) I never stopped heading towards the town, B) I never faced nor approached the admin, C) remember when I said that since I didn't do any wrong I had no reason to stop?
2 - What would to do if a weird looking guy appeared out of nowhere in front of you, and then proceeded to kill/random you

Well, any player who knows they didn't do anything wrong would have:
1 - asked why they were slain
2 - not trolled the admin more
3 - spam on all public channels
4 - after being told why you were slain, correct the admin if you weren't part of it and stopped spamming and asked to be reimbursed
5 - with statements from the log confirming you were part of the group, its hard to take your word seriously.

Again, pointing out that you only seem to want to see what you want to see, you were so busy spamming that the admin merely told you that if you really had a complaint about the slay, then post it on the forums. I don't see where that meant he brushed it off.

unfortunately, you are the one that seems to see what I am sure anyone sees when they read those logs. You got slain, you spam, the admin stated the reason why, you keep spamming, you were told to not troll, you keep spamming, since you were not listening because you were too busy spamming the admin proceeded to tell you to make a post about it, and yet you kept spamming. Case closed, easy as 1-2-3.
