Enemy kingdom still exists when you beat it

Is there a possibility to elimenate an enemy kingdom totally? I started my own kingdom at the north of Vaegir's and crushed them finally.
But they are still appearing in the factions list, with no lands but all Lords. Somehow the Lords manage to recruit new troops and wont stop attacking my fiefs.

If this is fact, it wont be possible to conquer entire Calradia when you have all factions against you.

It usually took a while (about a week for me) for them to disappear, but eventually the kingdom should be removed and a message saying that they're "no more" should come up.

i found that there are hidden lords that escape, so unless u KNOW them all and have them all, they will continue to raise armies and try to defeat u (from where  they get money, u shall never know lol)
