Need More Info Crash on Startup - Game Pass

I used to be able to play this game for hours on end no problems, but since the last update/patch I have been experiencing consistent crashing. It started out the crashes would occur during battles, then right as I loaded into battles. Now I can't even get into the game as it crashes right on the load screen as soon as I start it up. I am playing through the Xbox app with Game Pass and I've noticed the version is older than current. Any way to fix this? I've tried reinstall, verifying files, updating graphics drivers..

We believe that these crashes are related to Microsoft's end. We are in contact with Microsoft and waiting for them to fix the issue. The issue is also affecting many other games on the platform. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Could you please check your Windows is up to date? IF you have any updates pending please go ahead and apply them and try again.

I did have a windows update, installed it and was able to get into the game but crashed when I hit the ready button to start a siege.

Do you have a crash id for that crash? That might be unrelated to Microsoft and could be on our code.
