Captain of Guard Missing

Hello it has been around a year since i played Warband last time. But i do remember having Captain of Guard(or something like that)in my fiefs who recruited and trained troops to the garrison. I am not sure whether it was Native or Diplomacy, but i am sure i never played any other mod. Now i am playing on Diplomacy 1.173. Did they change how Captain of Guards work/are obtained/removed them?

Yes, they changed how they worked, since they didn't exist as such in basic M&B.  This is not the Warband forum.
