I have been playing this series for years almost since the beginning and I have never seen an NPC jump or at least crawl over obstacles. In other games NPCs or mobs can jump to travel in the vertical dimension to get from one point to another such as in Minecraft when the 'creeper' jumps over blocks to get to the player to attack them.
Jumping and crawling over objects and distances would add to combat and make the game world more real. Obviously in Bannerlord NPCs can climb ladders can they jump upon a rock or crate to attack or evade an attacker. I could imagine shock troops jumping up with a two handed weapon to attack a cavalry unit or a mounted unit using jumps to attack other characters. This would make combat more exciting.
