Availability of servers and line battles?

I occasionally see 200 player servers for N&S but these are usually locked out by passwords.
Is there a schedule for these line battles and who gives out the passwords?
Also what is the current version of the mod and where can I download it?

These line battles are run by the two armies, the Union Army and the Dixieland Army! You must be in a regiment that's a part of these 2 armies to take part. If you'd like to participate, please send me a Steam invite here: http://steamcommunity.com/id/JonnyPowers/
