No, they wore the simpler coats at all times except full-dress occasions. On campaigns the nice coats were either left at the depots or carried in the wagons in case a full-dress event came up on campaign.

what are the first ones? russian dragoons?

and how are the cuirassiers called, i know they are of the russian
guard.
if i am not mistaken these are the guys that fought the horse grenadiers of
the french guard at austerlitz.

The first few pics are of regular cuirassiers, the latter ones are of the Chevalier-Gardes, who indeed fought the French Imperial Guard cavalry at Austerlitz.
