IMO those armors and pants from the deluge are looking better than what I have expected, I don't have the time or the skill to make the baggy pants you're talking about, but if you want to make them, I won't stop you from doing so

mentions jousts taking place in medieval Granada

I am actually reworking the whole character creation process, I want to make it a lot simpler, because the native one won't fit the mod too much. It's not a hard task, but it's boring and time consuming, so it might take me some time until I get it done.
