Each user now has a simple little personal notepad in their profile which only shows up for them and for admins and global moderators. Nobody else will be able to view or edit them. Just go to you main Profile page, and you'll see it there.
Note that it doesn't save unless you click the "Save Notes" button. If you forget to click that button and just move on to another page, any changes you've made in there won't be saved. Fair warning.
