This Regiment Is part of the New World Coalition (NWC)
Minutemen were members of teams of select men from the American colonial partisan militia during the American Revolutionary War. They provided a highly mobile, rapidly deployed force that allowed the colonies to respond immediately to war threats, hence the name.
The minutemen were among the first people to fight in the American Revolution. Their teams constituted about a quarter of the entire militia. Generally younger and more mobile, they served as part of a network for early response. Minuteman and Sons of Liberty member Paul Revere was among those who spread the news that the British Regulars (soldiers) were coming out from Boston. Revere was captured before completing his mission when the British marched toward the arsenal in Lexington and Concord to confiscate the weapons and ammunition that were stored there.[1]
The term has also been applied to various later United States civilian-based military forces to recall the success and patriotism of the originals.
Ranks
Officers
Captain- Commands the Battalion
Lt.- 2nd in command (For now untill we raise ranks to Col.)
Ensign- This is an officer Rank. It is the Lowest. This is for members that look to become Lts. someday. They get all officer Privilages such as Office in TS and command when a higher Officer is not on.
NCO's
Sergeant VanGuard- This is like a Drill Sergeant. This rank is given to people who are great at giving orders and that can teach them to new members. They usually lead trainings and usually are asked to get this rank. You usually dont get promoted from here so we usually have about 2 Sergeant VanGuards in the Reg.
1st Sergeant- Just a Command rank you must no all the orders and all the drills.
Sergeant- The Moderator of the Regiment. He handles the Situations of the Regiment that are not high enoph importance for the Officers. He must know everythign a Cpl does but he must know how to handle situations when they occur. He must be at least the age of 16. Sorry but this is a very Mature rank.
Coporal- The Lowest NCO rank the Corporal is a good leader. Usually promoted from PFC the Corporal must know all the orders as well as how to give them. They are role moduels and are disiplined men.
Enlisted
Pfc- A Private 1st Class is the next rank up from Private. It is a Soilders who is not the material for NCO but is working to become one. This rank has no priviliges above Private but is something to be proud of.
Private- Members who have been to at least 2 Regimental Line Battles, and can Follow and know all orders.
Milita Man - The Newest membersof the Regiment.
