Troop trees current as of version 0.95 patch 8.

The colour coding is:

Red  - Swordsmen
Blue - Cavalry
Light Blue - Horse Archers
Grey -  Spearmen
Green - Archers
Light Green - Projectile Throwers
Yellow  - Crossbowmen
Orange - Axemen/Billmen

Western/Central European Eastern
Teutonic
Hospitaller Templar
Nordic
Baltic
Mongol
Cuman
Mercenary
Arab

This is really out of date and with the planed changes we probably won't need this anymore.
