Need More Info Quest "Lord needs tutor" doesn't appear.

Summary: The quest "Lord/Lady needs tutor" never appears in the latest version of Bannerlord. It seems to need a young noble with a level under 15 to trigger, but nobles now spawn at lvl 16-24 when they become adults, so nobody ever needs a tutor.
How to Reproduce: Play Bannerlord, notice that no NPC ever offers the "Lord needs tutor" quest.

Can confirm that, it does not appear anymore.
And it was extremely rare quest to meet, even until recent patches.

Unfortunately I won't have access to my gaming PC for a while. But I think you will see this issue in any game that has lasted for 18+ years so that lords who were born after the start of the game come of age.
