The Reckoning Third Stage ver. 1.88 released

Thanks to La Grandmaster for releasing this
Used Nohran's code for my base
added  Khamukkamu's dialogue fixes
changed pictures so they aren't glowing and you can now read the text
added permanent camps by Alex_NG
added freelancer by Taragoth
added Generic Presentation Utilities (1.0) - Windyplains
added Kingdom Management Tools (1.0) - Windyplains
made normalmap for horse

added outposts by Lumos

more parties to attack
changed the colors of most of the factions so you can read all the town names
can no longer purchase infected mounts
changed some troops levels
made some parties larger
took 3 training camps off the map
lowered firearm damage
start with 200 denars

only need to be a level 5 to pay your troops to get resources for you now, still need to be a level 10 for forcing them to get the resources

Version 1.0 released

For the next release
Added Perma death and injuries by Chel
changed how bandit parties spawn, the problem wasn't spawning it was the map icons not working, map is full of bandit type parties now
everything is in rounds again denars don't exist

removed text map icons got the party icons to work and put back in
outpost and fort icons work now

last spawn script 100% chance of a human party, an animal party, and an infected party at every village, now 50% chance of a human party, an animal party, and an infected party at every town, castle, and village, this occurs weekly
scavengers have their pants now
12 spawns for 5 locations

I rarely log in to say anything but this got me excited enough to pop in to give thanks!

Awesome to see someone sticking with/updating and fixing this, it's by far one of my favorite mods top 3 for certain I like the modernized feel to it thanks Lor Dic keep up the great work  :D

Took out infected trooper
gave infected invisi knives so they do some damage
put the spawn script at 33% chance, was too many bandit parties, much better spawn rate now
all bandit type parties have a red label now

Whoa, just saw this, definitely going to check it out.
By the gods, they should use you as filling for a star fort. :lol:
As a side-note, you've been promoted to the mortar used in a star fort's battlements.

infected now have zombie knives(invisible) instead of invisi knives(invisible)
if you get knocked unconscious by infected your game ends, brings up this screen, to load a saved game hit go back to sleep

Ray gun is no longer merchandise
Resources weigh less 20 instead of 50
Ammo weighs much less 2 instead of 25
Brother companion is back in game
All kingdom rulers have a banner now
peace is much harder to achieve for the AI

added one handed crossbows by maroon
added rubiks Perfect troop tree presentation
aryan troops belong to the right faction now
more rounds per box
ammobelts etc... hold more rounds
added Lors weather module
horse merchants have 10 horses instead of 5
getting knocked out by infected should work right now

redid some gun accuracy numbers
gave more troops melee weapons
removed unused textures
ammobelts etc... hold more rounds this should have the right amount of rounds printout now'
real random scenes are back mixed in with the scenes that were used for combat
Tournaments have been taken out
removed items with no texture or mesh
added missing freelancer textures
civil war doesn't end now, need to adjust some troops, the one side won in 6 months
troops adjusted
fixed strings and dialogs so denars are replaced by rounds, this was mostly companion dialogs
changed ordenary to ordinary in strings
took out a bunch of debug messages so the screen printout works for the mod testing character now
might add the mini factions to the civil war, I'll decide later after more tests
changed bandits weapons so they are more different
toned down some bandit types
replaced town castle and village pictures
removed spawned vehicles
got rid of the map icons changing
villagers use a truck icon now
added grenades but only the AI can use them, the united states army have them, confederate demolitions, high priests, touched ones and war sisters have them
changed some kingdom banners
no more zombie heads for loot
modernized caravan master, female troops
sword sister is now war sister
updated mercenaries
added a few more map icons
changed plains texture
only need to be a level 5 to buy from the scavengers in villaages now
moved nuclear bomb site a little
moved O'Brien Beach, so you can get to it
zombie groups are bigger
zombies do more damage now
zombies are much tougher
no longer get infected armor as loot
no more infected prisoners
no more animal prisoners
removed funny items from merchandise coffee cup, candy cane, etc...
removed some medieval items from merchandise
modernized tavern keepers, musicians, travelers
removed the tank
added swat teams
added U.N. squadrons
added helicopter teams
made zombies slower on map
added the buggy as merchandise
adjusted speed script
the ruler of united states army has a town now, camp washington
added Appointed regulars as Companions by Ikaguia

Thanks a lot. I am playing your version 1.2 now. It's great! Is there a way to upgrade to 1.3 without losing my progress (save games)?

Version 1.2 was not save game compatible with the original version :-(

Great development. - maybe too many troops everywhere.

upsides
Great gameplay, now acceptable to play, great graphics.

downsides
Missing textures, dog sound like a hourse.
I do really miss the original track at the menu, and the corrent tracks seems too.. aggressive while playing, doesn't have the same feeling as when la_grandmaster released the first version, as he delivered  more emotional surroundings.

Fantastic work, glad to see someone is keeping the project going. Really love a lot of the changes youve added, i especially like perma death  :D
