Great, it's started If you're still having problems with that skeleton error I suggest you post in The Forge (sub-forum below this Pioneer's Guild) where modders help each other. I'm afraid I know nothing at all about modding so can't help you myself.

This mod is mostly done. Near 70-80 per cent I think. Two elements I haven't done...

1. Castle (Rhodok? Khergit?)
2. Lords and towns don't have any armies. But I'll fix it soon. Fixed!

This could be a refreshing addition to Native, and those dusty steppe lands would be suitable for an African faction. Have you a particular type of African army in mind? Such as a Zulu type of people or as Omzdog suggests a more North-Central African faction, which would be more technologically advanced.

lol same i thought this mod would have African American people (as in darker skinned) or street slang black.

I could help im pretty good at texturing but (IM A NOOB)
Anyway doesnt some tribes paint themself?like the aboriginals from Australia.
That would probably be a good right?For the Zumis tribe?
