I'm sorry if these are already suggested but here we go

It's stupid looking when the people are just standing there, they could move. use their feets.. :lol:

Zendar is supposed to be kind of main town.. but there are only 10 people including marnid or mantis whatever he's name was.. the could be some kind of civilians..

It is not too big.. It would be good idea to add some buildings up there..

Well i think that's all.. oh wait what are the stairs for, i know it doesn't lead anywhere but on the roof if you jump?
 
Well that's because most of the Zendar's inhabitats are wearing cloacks of invisibility. But enough with the "humour". Yes towns would be more lively with people walking around and having some ambient sound like the noise a big crowd makes. Dunno about Zendar being main town, but I see it as "a market town" where are lots of trading going on (and I am kinda fond to the Zendar the way it is). But that is just me.
 
You have to remember that a two people are working on this hugeass project. It's incredible how much they've accomplished already. Notice all the tavern/castle/manor interiors are the same? Because modelling detailed enviroments take time. So get yo' arse onto Maya and start working something up. :razz:
