Well ever since i lost all of my gear in a siege. i started a new game, i killed the bandits first and the village got raided by a lord. i cant finish my quest now and im low on cash 

Shouldnt the village be un-raidable when the player is doing quests? it would be best.

The village will recover eventually.
I think the thing is the game can't protect a village from being raided. So there's no way to prevent that from happening early game.

The village will soon repair itself and get back into working condition, wait it out in a camp or city.

Go kill looters for a few days, you need to build your weapon proficiencies anyway, no big deal.
