"You're not running the same module as server" Error - Help!

I do have a legit copy of the game updated to 1.143, as well as the most up to date version of the mod

I've recently downloaded the mod and was able to install it successfully. 

The game boots, and I'm even able to run custom matches - But it just won't allow me to join servers!

Whenever I attempt to join, it displays a message saying:

"You are currently not running the same module as the server.  Would you like to switch modules?"

When I click "Yes" I'm instantly kicked back to windows and the "Mount&Blade has stopped working" error appears.

If anybody could shed some light on this I would be very appreciative.

Redownload? Always one of the first things you can try.

I have, however, uninstalled and reinstalled a number of times.

Has anybody else experienced this issue?  I did notice another user had the same problem in the technical issues sticky.

Yeah, I made sure that the mod was completely up to date.

What do you mean?  Was there something I was supposed to do?

Not really, the .exe should have taken care of everything for you, but in the case you have an incorrectly named module,

Computer>C:/Program Files> Steam>Steamapps>Common>Mount&Blade Warband>Modules, then you should see mm russia3, if this is not what its called, try renaming to exactly that.

I had a similar if not same issue with it.
