:mad:HATE  when your faction conquers new territory and the recruits come as their previous faction I'll explain:
A Norden Lord conquers a village from swadia and that village still gives swadia recruits got it??
So i don't understand... If we wanted swadia recruits we would be some swadian lord right?!?! my question is how can we make our villages give our faction troops without adding a new mod?

you need to check on tweaks that change the culture of a captured village.  Don't know if there are any out there.  It does sound annoying, but there are 2 sides to this.

1.  They grew up in a swadia environment, it's what they know.

2.  They would be being trained by Nords, so they should fill nord roles.

i KNOW it is possible to do so that the recruits change if a new faction takes over.. i cant just remember wich tread i saw how to do it in

TRUE... But has in historical events like in britain when Romans got there, Romans gave them both armor and weapons and they made the roman troops (altough very enexperienced compared to legionaries and praetorians).

Um. It's not as straight-forward as that, and until 212 AD, you're simply wrong. Legionaries were drawn from Roman citizens, which meant that provincial soldiers were not legionaries. Instead the Romans recruited auxiliaries, rounding out their army with archers and light cavalry taken from tribes who specialised in these things. Before the Empire proper, they hired these in as mercenaries; later their auxiliary troops largely came from conquered territories.

In 212 AD, Caracalla extended Roman citizenship to all the provinces. By this stage, though, the role of heavy infantry in the Roman army was diminishing, and I'm not sure how much the composition of the legions was changed by this.

I agree that you should have the option as to whether to change their culture or not, but the Roman example is actually a much stronger argument in favour of using units from conquered territories to supply skills your army lacks.

Sooooo let's make something like that, i only need the module system with the obrigatory change to another culture and add it an option to choose between them (rather change or not)... i think... if there's and experient modeller who would like to help, just tell me

Check out Highlander's Age of Machinery mod. It's open source and it's kingdom management feature allows you to change your faction's "culture".

nop i'v tried... is just like pelleponesian war it changes your lords outfit not your faction recruit troops, but thanks anyway

huh? I thought when you conquer a village, say swadian, and then when you choose Rhodok culture you could recruit rhodok troops from the village. I'll check it again, when I get back to my computer. :???:
