I legit have had over two thousand hours for months. It is less often that I play now though; I've been on the same playthrough since... December? Mostly just tinkering with stuff, seeing what kinda weird stuff happens when you (for example) crank up Tactics to being ten times as effective or flatten the prosperity-consumption curve for settlements or make the AI way more inclined to retreat (doesn't work, FYI).

250-500 hours since day one, would be more if this game would offer any replayability after the early game.

I have played over 800 hours but will take a break of 3 or 4 days regularly. I have started many times as early game play is fun. I did finish it once being a Khuzait vassell. I also got the 300 trade perk that nearly broke me though.

Almost 500 hours and I took a 9 month break after the release of Early Access. Probably be going back on break soon because of the lack of any real progress or feature additions in that 9 month period. Massively looking forward to release so that the modder come back in full force and the gameplay can actually improve dramatically without developer intervention suppressing that happening.

I have 370 hours of "playtime", but most of it was spent trying to make new troop trees, so when it comes to actually playing the game I'd say I have about... 130 hours, something like that.
