Your difficulty

I would like to know what difficulty do most of people here play at. I myself play it very easily, only 33%. I once tried 78% or something, but the game wasn't fun anymore, so I switched back. So, how hardcore are you guys... and gals?

If you set the battlesizer to 200 +, the difficulty won't really represent the other settings you have on.

I usually play at 29% but in my current game I have upped it to see how far I can get. One thing though that effects the difficulty a great deal but doesn't count towards the difficulty percentage is whether you choose to allow saving during the game or not. Not allowing saving has made my current game a great deal different then any of my other games since now if something bad happens I just have to roll with the punches instead of reloading.

Damage to player : Good
Damage to allies : good
AI skill = good
Defense system : Auto(if i get this manually i get like 150% )
battlesizer 160

overall : 119% (since i first played m&B i kept the above settings on HARD)

I don't play for challenges, but to just have general bashing the heads in of people. 23%

Lately on 120% difficulty. Maximum damages, Max AI and 200 on the battlesizer. I'm eager to play Roots of Yggdrassil though. Permadeath and no health bar would make playing a lot more difficult, even if the settings might not say so.

Well seeing as I like to use bows, I will probaly do ok as long as there is strong melee folks

Max damage to me and allies, never really touched the ai button. Realistic saves. Forget what that comes to, 106?

Eighty percent, I don't use the battlesizer mod (yet) so I'd have to enable manual direction blocking to take it all the way to one hundred. I currently don't use it because my mousepad is a hunk of junk and even with a great mouse it sometimes has a bit of tracking difficulty. Also I play in first person mode, which according to some adds another bit of difficulty, personally I find it easier and more to my liking. *shrug*

I started on lowest and slowly made it more difficult as I got better (each time a beat a faction for example). I'm now on 96%.

We melee folk (at least the reasonable ones anyway) understand that shields and thrown projectiles are essential, even if you're carrying around a two handed weapon.

I was at 96% in unmodded native.  Everything set to full except combat speed was on normal (fast seems wrong) and saves set to quitting without saving because the game is just too buggy for that.

I'm not sure what the difficulty is now with the battlesizer at 200, though it really throws things out of wack on my 40 vs 800 battles...

205%. Occasionally I set the battlesizer down 70-80 men and it goes to about 130-160 ish %. (Usually have battlesize 350.)

107%. Full damage to me, full damage to allies, smart AI, autoblock, "realistic" saving, and battles at the maximum size Native gives (100? I think? I haven't seen it since I started playing ).

I do not like the difficulty % because it really matters what your battlesize is at. Someone with a bttle size of 600 but has player health and troop health increased is going to have an easier game than someone at battle size 200 but all other settings on max.

I usually have everything on normal and I have automatic block on. Battle size is either at 200-400, I like 200 because it runs at 40 FPS compared to 10 with 400, but when my new processor comes it will be up at 500-600.
