Prices were cheaper pre flood but I didn't say anything since I don't know if he would ever use a larger hard drive or not.

Processor:
AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor  3.50GHz

Motherboard:
MSI 970A-G43 (MS-7693) (CPU 1)  58 °C

Graphics Card:
  AMD Radeon HD 7900 Series

Hard Drives

1863GB Seagate ST2000DM001-1CH164 ATA Device (SATA

RAM Memory:

  8,00 GB Single-Channel DDR3 @ 666MHz (9-9-9-24)

Sartek told me to post it all here

Amiga 4000T
CPU1 : Motorola 68060 - 50
CPU2 : PowerPC 604e - 233
GPU: CybervisionPPC
Ram: 128MB
Soundcard: Toccata
Video Editing Board: Video Taster + Flyer  &  VLabMotion

During the last 8 years, using generic PCs since after that time a PC was able to do the job better. Still the Amiga is my toy and I use it for fun while PC is a merely a necessity.

Oh and the PC use for gaming and some other things is this:
Gigabyte X79S-UP5
Intel i7 3820 - 3.60
XFX DD 7970 Black
8GB of some Ram.
some sound cards and some monitors.
lots of huge harddrives (total of 10terabytes) and an SSD (OCZ Vertex 4)

Unfortunately I don't have any floppy disk drive port in this motherboard.

I will never understand why hexcores are popular at all, it's not like anything can actually utilize them.
That's what they said about quad (and dual) cores not too long ago.

Hopefully if both new consoles coming out utilize more cores we can start to see quad core games come into play. Not like anything but rts games seem to need them anyway.

Considering the new console specs, my PC will be adequate for gaming for another 30 years.

My current specs :

i5 2500k cpu
8gb samsung ram
EVGA z77 mobo
Sapphire 7970 gpu
TJ11 case

And of course, watercooling.

Trying to save up another $500 or so to actually finish my watercooling since it is currently only for the GPU since I didn't know which block to get for the cpu.

Why are you bothering with blocks? Just take the side of the case off and hose it down.

Why does your watercooling cost more than my entire PC?

Because I am stupid

The additional watercooling I will be getting is mainly high in cost due to aesthetics. Currently I have maybe $300 worth of watercooling installed and it is more than enough but it isn't at my standards yet, a lot of the stuff I will be getting is not even needed but will make the build look cleaner. Trying to have no bends at all which means a lot more fittings and they are expensive (those silver things that connect the tubes on my GPU, about $8 a piece).

My fans probably require more voltage than most peoples computers

I have best pc here

Processor: Intel 1 core 8.80ghz

Motherboard: I don't know

RAM Memory: 512mb

Hard Drive: 80gb

CPU: Intel I5 4670k quad core 3.4ghz
Ram: 8gb ddr3
Graphics card: Nvidia geForce GTX 770 2gb
HDD: 120gb SSD (windows) 1TB Sata ((I think)Game drive)

anyone got suggestions on how to stop it over heating?

Use a larger high quality full tower case like this:  http://www.coolermaster.com/case/full-tower/haf-x/

There is one thing which most of the people don't pay enough attention to and that's the quality of the case.

Is the GPU in a full watercooling loop or an all in one setup?

Cases only help to a certain point since they mostly just allow the installation of more fans and better airflow (most of which any case now provides).

If you have room in the case you could add more fans or look into upgrading current ones with faster RPM ones.

If your CPU is not able to get a waterblock (if your GPU has all in one cooling) you could look at a better CPU cooler if it is your CPU that is overheating, especially if you are still running the stock cooler which is abysmal.

POWERRR!!!

That sounds a lot like what I'm looking at buying. How does it perform, gaming-wise (heat problems aside)?
