I'm not much a car sim guy though. But if you were to take all motorsports into account, I'd say MX Simulator.

F1 Grand Prix was more realistic than that. 'Cause GT4 didn't have damage. The game failed in the realisim section.

Aw radish, forgot Le Mans 24 Hrs for PS1 and F1 Racing Simulation for PC.
Le Mans wasn't that realistic, but it was very fun to play, i actually did 24 hrs
