Need More Info Xbox one version now crashing

Summary: Played the game for 15-20 hrs worth no issues. After a recent update it wont load my game. It says there a module difference when I got to load it but I've only ever played campaign. When I accept and try to load my saves game now it crashes.

What is the full version number you see on the bottom right corner of the main menu?
What is the full version number you see on the save file on the top right corner of the saved games menu?
Does this issue happens when you create a new campaign?

No, when you exit and get back into the game (in my case twice) once you load back into the games main menu your cursor is frozen, the music and animation works but you can't select any options nor does the cursor move.

It may happen when you make a new campaign actually.
