Need More Info Xbox Gamepass PC - 'You do not have a valid license to run the game'

Summary:
My game will not launch. When I press play the launcher appears for a few minutes, then an error occurs saying 'Signing in process has been timed out' followed by a second message 'You do not have a valid license to run the game'
I've tried uninstalling the game and the xbox app and reinstalling with no luck
I do still have my game pass as my other game pass games work with no issues, only Warband fails to launch

Are you able to launch the game at the moment? We believe it might be caused by a temporary downtime on gamepass. We are able to launch the game on our side.
