Shatari 说:You know, I've always spent about $500 twice a decade on my PCs. I'm still running games just fine. I can't currently play the absolute most recent releases, but then again my money is currently going towards bills so it's a moot problem. There's still tons of older games that I never played that still look great and will be in the bargain bin by the time I can go game shopping again.
That's your problem entirely.Cznielsen 说:Yeah but I like to play all the new first person shooters sucking up my pc's resources release after release, and somewhat after spending too much money on my PC, id like to buy a console which could last some years without paying a lot extra for equipment and stuff.

It's not like they won't wait for you.
All you do is waste money on impatience.
I too prefer the PC.
Judging by my data, it's still the cheapest and there's so much good old games that my current one, which can play roughly all but the newest games, will probably last at least long enough that there's a decent supply of good or better games before I'll need a replacement.
You know, if you buy a decent computer then you rarely have to worry about that for a couple of years. Indie games are usually the only ones that can't make sure their products are compatible with all of the available hardware, and even they tend to release a patch if it's a problem. Honestly, that's probably the weakest argument you could make.Cznielsen 说:I just like the fact that I don't have to check the hardware requirements each time I go shopping for a new game...
