The admin team can look into the ones from mercs i.e Misha asgard from Iraven who was banned for aimbotting who continues to play.

Hi! We want to apologize for a short period of silence, we wished to prepare and discuss everything calmly.
1. As for the time of the round, we will slightly increase it to 2.5 mins (150 sec), and the flag will be invariably displayed after 40 seconds from the start of the round (1:50). We've tested many various solutions (even pointless ones) and we know that this particular timestamp to force flags is appropriate and necessary not only for players, but also for commentators. In addition, we decided to increase the fight time by 30 seconds due to the fact that in some rounds teams were lacking time for better tactical choices.
2. Regarding changes in character statistics. I'll get straight to the point: this is our first tournament and we want to focus on refining the gameplay itself so that it will bring you the greatest experience. Therefore, at this moment we wouldn't like to tamper with the game files.
3. A list of servers, reservation options and a list of maps will appear on Monday evening (7.01).
4. The final rosters will appear on Monday evening. On Tuesday we are going to post a schedule of the first round and the specific deadlines for the matches.

You should reconsider this, it's no "tampering", it's keeping things balanced for competitive purposes and all matches since at least WSC have been played that way. The current admin mods have those changed statistics anyway afaik - so you'd have to provide another one for this tournament if you'd really want to stick to the vanilla settings.Aharo said:

If you want to put gameplay first you should probably do something about the cheaters that signed up for this tournament.

They were in NC and are on WBMM.
@Aharo - the changes are very minor and basically only allow inf to walk without being easily footshot and allow Rhodok cav to match other cav. You should reconsider using them.
I really cba to check all ids in case someone signed up with another name but from what I saw

doesnt mean the others didnt cheat. they're both really likely to be cheating (atleast in the past) so having them use moss or something (just like in the past tournaments) will make sure they're not.
Recordings and screens dont show the hacks they used by the way. So allowing then to play if they record their matches won't help. You gotta have them use moss or another method.
Few words from us about the people accused of cheating. The case of players like Nessa and Kern (in-game: Eduard) is a matter controlled by us, these people wrote to us before the tournament and asked for a permission to play. They informed us about their previous use of boosters and / or unauthorized game modifiers. They also asked for a second chance to prove themselves. We are open to all amicable solutions and we believe in a second chance. Therefore, Nessa and Eduard can participate in our tournament provided that they will record all matches in which they will take part of and deliver the footage to us immediately after the match. If the recording is not delivered, their team is going to forfeit the game. As for other people: we are going to look into this. Report everything to us on a regular basis, preferably with some evidence. We will most likely introduce a list of suspicious people and we will ask you for help in completing it.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to take part in the tournament. People who are not going to follow the rules are going to be banned from all our future tournaments and other initiatives. We believe in your honesty and willingness to compete on fair play terms.
I would also like to emphasize that this is an exceptional situation. Men showed some class and wrote to us before signing up or joining a team. They informed us about the situation and asked for a second chance - this gesture provided them with such possibility. It is an exceptional situation and if someone thinks that they might get a second chance after getting caught using any unauthorized software in our tournament consciously, then he's wrong. Let's respect each other and let's proceed with the whole event as well as all future ones as honestly as possible.

but what is the recording good for if it doesn't show possible cheats?
