Resolved Wrong Unit/Troop stats

So this is just a little bug, but at least it is one

Some Units doesn´t have the "right" stats, regarding their type
Still, best example:
Battanian Oathsworn(Infantry)
Skill: 130 Riding, 80 Athletics

Aseri Veteran Faris(Horse Skirmisher)
Throwing: 80 => Aserai Faris, one Tier lower, Throwing: 100

These are only two examples, but easy to fix via xml. Just wanna say that the devs have a look over it, after the main bugs are fixed. It gets annoying to adjust them after every patch.

Just in case the devs say that the current stats of those units are correct....I have never done a post
