Wrong Serial Key?

I tried downloading the .671 patch (and yes, I am in the beta), and I typed my serial key in, but it said my serial key was wrong.

I couldn't remember what it was, so I went to esellerate and found out. I copied the key I got and put it in, but it says the key is wrong.

Any ideas about what it could be?
 
I'm wondering if I should respond to that or not...

Anyway, does the Mount&Blade serial not work for this? Also note that the serial I have is for the beta version of Mount&Blade, so if the beta key and the final key look different (and seeing as the key I have is 2 letters/numbers short, I assume it is different), I'm not sure what to do.
 
You use the same key you have for native mount & blade. Same one you used to apply to the beta. No other serials / keys involved :smile:
 
It's a known issue with esellerate and older orders. You're probably putting in the SKU rather than the serial. The reminder should look like this:

But it looks like they changed their systems circa 2007 and lost the info, so trying to recover now brings you:

Note the missing serial number.

Email esellerate ([email protected]) and tell them the serial recovery just returns the order info (include it so they can track the order) and they'll sort you out.
 
I am having the same problem, sorta.  I was accepted into beta today, went to use my key, same one for the vanilla game, pulled it right off of my steam account, the standard XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format, the same key I applied to beta for, and it won't work.  I PMed Armagan, but I don't know if he is the one I should be talking too or if he has someone else who handles beta apps.  He is offline atm so I guess I'll be waiting for tomorrow.

You don't need to put in your serial key if you use the link in your email. Did you get an email?
 
I did for .670, but not .671.

I tried to download .671 from the link in Armagan's post, but I need the serial key to download it.
 
I did that, and it worked.

However, the password I got with the download link doesn't work with it. So I guess I'll send a message to someone for the new password.
 
What password? There was never any password stuff with my beta? Only thing was the serial for application and then download.
 
When I download the file, I can't extract it or do anything with it until I put in a password.

I tried the one I got with .670, but that didn't work.
 
Well it let me download the multiplayer client finally, but now I can't join any games, get the "Incorrect serial key" message.  Its the only key I have, I pulled it right off my steam account and I applied for beta with the same key, but even though I got an email saying I was accepted I guess it hasn't processed or something.
