Gibby Jr said:RULESET
No changes are being made to the ruleset but rather the administration will now be interpreting it as it is written. The clause 1.2 3 explicitly mentions the restriction pertaining to transferring teams, ie. you cannot switch from one team to another. The prior rule 1.2 2 enforces the binding measure between player and team, specifically citing the fact that once a player has played for a team they are then bound to that team and are treated as a member of it. The change in interpretation is concerning the effect of the transfer week; the transfer week is a measure which breaks the player-team bond. As such those who left their team during transfer week were, and remain, under our existing ruleset eligible to play for another team. The administration unanimously agreed to enforce the rule in this way.
