Wounded, how to heal?

Hey lads I couldn't find the answer to this, I got wounded pretty early on and have had 1 power strike for around 50 game days, how the hell do I heal and get my stats back?  cheers.

I do not think you can.

But, are you sure its not due to heavy equipment?

yeah , I don't think you loose stats because of dying right?

Oh so what does it mean when your skill points are red instead of black?

It means that you have some penalty because of − generally − heavy equipment. I don't think wounds (which can appear in game too) make your skill points in red.
