Worst multiplayer experience ever

I've been playing this multiplayer for 4 days and now I've had enough of this bull, at first I thought I just suck, then I thought I might be unlucky, but then I realised that this multiplayer community is a bunch of  I cant enjoy captain mode because everyone choose Sweden vs Crimea or something like that for no reason and it  ing pisses me off

Theres no point, I never share my frustration with the multiplayer mode but this one was so annoying I shared it, I was trying to play a fun captain mode game with my friend but it was ruined by idiots voting for Poland or Sweden vs Crimea

You're a slowpoke.

@OP
It can be indeed a bit frustrating when things don't go your way, but honestly unless there is a decent conversation in a thread with equally minded people or people with different ideas who are open for debate the thread will most likely be turned into a flamethread.

Also, why not try a different game mode? Siege is always enjoyable for me.

Seiges are slightly more bearable than captain mode, but they are still quite frustrating sometimes cause I feel like a total noob and everyone is a pro

But captain mode could be quite fun if it could be played the way it should be, but it becomes anger-making mode when alot of people join and they spoil all the fun by choosing an OP civ vs poor civ and they all take the OP civ, Im trying hard to get better but its simply impossible when some guy comes rushing me like he has bi-polar disease with a pike or a 2-handed sword

i think most people that play there got alot of experience from warband. It will cost a few weeks to get some skills  you need to find out how the game works a bit and how you should react in multiplayer.

Yeah it can be annoying when people just vote for whatever "races" they are best at...

But it's more of a server issue than an issue with the game. they should limit voting and such.

And yeah, when you first start you're a noob, gotta get more practice in

The sad part is no amount of skill can beat a half brained horse archer.
Well. Unless your're a crackshot, which accounts for... 2% of the whole M&B community?

No... I have tried being a horse archer, which was my SP class on warband...

I can not aim worth crap on multiplayer for some reason

Hey garudamon I know you from Paradox plaza
Anyway, all the countries in the game have their pros and cons, you just have to practice, practice, practice to figure out a good: equipment setup, strategy, reflexes
Last game I played we were Crimea defending siege against Poland, and we lost a few, then won a few. I found myself a great load-out, sword-and-shield infantry, no gun. It was crazy to defend a castle this way but I was faster than most opponents and could use a more expensive shield. Just an example of how the little things can turn it all around.

I don't like Captain TDM because my men keep charging all of a sudden and disobeying orders.
But aside from that, I find the game duly enjoyable because of how easy it is to win, frankly. Sure my team-mates aren't up to scratch, but the enemy isn't either. I love playing as a tatar infantry with a damascus steel yataghan.
(sliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslicesliceslice)

Ahem. I can safely assume that the OP simply doesn't have the skills to win. Because every enemy I find in multiplayer is only able to beat me through all-important team work. I still haven't met someone if multiplayer that can best me consistently one-on-one.

I think much of the complaining going on here is similar to the symptoms of the early Warband community. Most people didn't know how to fight properly.
You must not give up on the game to start enjoying it.
Here's a primer on infantry tactics and ideas. http://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php/topic,87133.0.html
In that topic you will find much written wisdom. Watching the videos helps immensely.
...If you aren't a FF fan, just skip the first minute of the video tutorial.

Best wishes,

Hey

Well I found an unlikely friend who had WFAS, he helped me practice defending and attack with melee weapons and Im slightly better now, the multiplayer is enjoyable when I can kill something

I can't believe this thread the multiplayer is amazing!!!

I have had an epic time!!!

Yea well it is a good multiplayer but its extremly hard to get into when you play it without friends
