Realize you are doing something VERY WRONG.
I do not believe you have ever RP'd before. There are actually forums over the web which allow quick RP-ing. Where you don't have to go into detail and a few lines are just enough. The Duck & Spackle is , how will I put it, expecting a little more quality.
Right now we don't have any idea about the setting of this World War. Who is fighting who? What are the rules? How does the world look like at the end of the third millennium? What are the weapons? Why is there a war?
What does your character look like? How is this gonna work?
Perhaps you should start with joining an RP before you start one yourself.
Just go to the discussion or application thread, see if the RP is still alive, post a character description and hope that the GM will accept you. Remember that the Duck & Spackle has rather high standards. A single line of text won't do it. You need at least one paragraph. At least!

the planet is dirty the way the war started is that Iran thought that they had a weapon that can take over the world so they started dropping nukes on Israel then other countries started arguing and soon the whole world was at war
