In Progress Workshop Bug

Summary:In this playthrough i havn't lost a single workshop! I thought it was because i was a merc first!
But i now just joined the west emipire as a vasall! We are at war with the north! So why havn't i lost my shop in Diathma?

Now I think i know what was the problem! I joined the Western empire and they was at war with the north! Later on the Western start some more wars and I lost the workshops there!
