While working as a peasant in a village I got attacked by bandits, I had to fight by myself with no help from the village, it seems a bit odd that I would be singled out. Is this supposed to happen?
And this seems like the topic to ask, anyone know if the only reward for doing that is getting Mead? I mean, I'm not complaining because it's an okay trade product, but it seems like they'd probably pay you in other things, or so I'd think.
Yeah, I've gotten different kinds of food. This might depend on what the village produces?
Also, you will either get 1exp and get + relation with village. Or, you will get higher exp with no relation boost.
I've not had bandits attack yet. From what OP said, it does seem rather odd to depend on an outsider for village safety.
Side note: I'm liking not being able to recruit at 0 relation. This makes it more challenging to field an army and also forces you to consider which village to friend.
