This might just be one of the dumbest things you've said so far. Defending a concentration camp, seriously? Deaths from the Holocaust include starvation, it's not just about gassing and shooting.

Disease is not purposely killing, and to some extent neither is starvation, since most of the deaths of starvation occurred late in the war when food was low and Germany's infrastructure was being bombed to pieces.
