is it just me or do they all look like males but with bigger breasts, is there any mods so I can distinguish the king from the queen?

Names, hair, clothing, animation (different while standing stationary)... and you said it, breasts - otherwise they look quite the same.
Brytenwalda has a pack female faces by BrustwarzenLenny to download separately (although I am not sure if the faces are compatible with Native alone). Screenshots on the download page here.
