A North Carolina woman was arrested over the weekend after she squeezed a man's testicles out of his scrotum, according to Shelby police.

Police say 35-year-old Joyce Maxine Gregory got into an argument with a man Saturday morning. When he went outside to call 911, she followed him and grabbed his scrotum, police said.

The man ran to a nearby rescue squad building for help.

Police were sent to the home on Bowman Street to arrest Gregory. Officers said when Gregory was put in the patrol car she pulled down her pants and urinated in the backseat.

Gregory is charged with malicious castration and assault inflicting serious bodily injury, according to Shelby Police Chief Jeff Ledford. Her bond was set at $20,000.


I think the most interesting thing about this is "charged with malicious castration." Find it funny to see they already have a formal accusation for that.

I wonder about what other degrees of castration they might have in the law books other then "malicious". Maybe they have aggravated castration in there but it's not as bad as malicious, or maybe it's worse.

Anyway I doubt either of the two people involved are very likable in general, maybe they deserve each other. Next weekend he'll probably be arrested for breaking her arm, a week later she might hit him in the head with a meth bucket. These kind of actions could just be their way of showing affection.
