[WNL8] Sign Ups & Introduction

I have a team of french players from NW who would like to sign-up for the WNL but they couldn't figure how to get their IDs despite trying many public servers. I told them to do the same thing you suggested to Raqqa, hope that's okay.

I genuinely forgot about IGBG ... thanks anyways. I told them about sending you all the details possible would they do it through a WNL server, I will let them know about the tags too if they have not done it yet. I believe IGBG still remains the easiest option tho.
