I've edited my maps. Please, change my *.sco files on the server. There are "Gold Rush" and "Rhodok Castle".

LINKS.
1. "Rhodok Castle" and "Gold Rush" (which is installed on the server)
2. "Northumbria" (I edited the link in that post too)
3. all maps (northumbria, gold rush, rhodok castle) are the latest versions by one link

CHANGES.
1. Rhodok Castle
- closed a tower wich is located to the right from one of spawns.
- deleted some ai_limiters
- added some barriers to delete glitches

2. Gold Rush
- deleted ai_limiters in the tonnel
- deleted ai_limiter on a first floor of the viking house
- chaneged spawns!

Hey All !
Here's my map :

Name : Port Azur
Type of Map : Closed Map
introduction to The Map : Port Azur is a balanced map where you can play infantry,cavalry or shooter.It's a city with many streets,a market place in the center and a port with a big boat.Run outside the City is impossible because the Gates are Closed.For a match,i think the Market place and the boat are important places so the Camping was limited if the team want to take this position
This map is suitable for Deathmatch,Team DeathMatch and Battle (Suprised !)

I put many Torch/Fire and i have a good computer,but for low config perhaps they will have problems

My initial observations for the very few maps i have seen:

Nezons 'gold rush' seems excellent. My primary concerns at the moment are that the defenders have to big an advantage. Apart from that i think it could be a good map with a unique sort of vibe.

I really like the 'new port assault' by Erminas (i believe). Think its superior in every way to the earlier version and would be happy to see it implemented in the WNL.

According to legend, The Dragon lived in this cave. Knights of the Dragon were called upon to defend him. Their castle is located right in the cave by the sea!
The map is closed. (and only for 1.153; there is the bridge from Сanyon)
In fact, it is an impressive scene. Very unusual for Warband.

My submission.

Name: Siwa Oasis
Type: Closed
Summary: Siwa Oasis is a closed map with rotation symmetry. All the flags will always spawn in the center, for ultimate balance. While this may sound boring to some of you, this should actually completely eliminate camping, as waiting to see where the flag spawns is no longer a thing. Besides that, the map is designed in such a way, that if you move around the sides, there'll always be a way you can walk without walking into a crossfire. The alleys is infantry territory, but in the end archers and cavalry are required to dominate the middle ground, as it's very much open, with good cover spots for archers.

Hi everyone ! I just star again mapping, and I want to submit my last map.

Map Name:
Ragnar's Town

Type of Map:
Mixed

Introduction to the map:

Ragnar's Town is a mix between closed and open areas . Both flags are in open areas and for each flags, there is a defending spot to watch it . There is also 2 removables ladders, to acces to 2 of this 3 defending spots .

Graphically the map is a mix of northern architecture, including nobles houses and peasants houses .
For the background : The city is built on the top of a hill, and fully walled ( Walls are not available).
That the outside is not available, the walls are positioned to be realistic view of the interior only

Possibles changes :
I placed invisible barriers to block the roofs acces. If there is problems with, you can tell me and I'll fix it quickly.
There is also a lot of details, which may be removed if it's neccessary.
I received suggestions about the third Spawn flag : It seems to not be accessible enough for the cavalry, I can fix it if it's neccessary.

We've had a considerable sum of map submissions and lot's of them are fantastic. Obviously we don't want to destabilise the map pool too much because our priority first and foremost is the competitivity of the ladder. As such, we're only like to be introducing a few maps. Though I'm not going to be able to send PMs and tips out to all the map makers, we will do our best to talk to as many as possible.

We're also planning on reworking our map classification system at the moment because we're at the point where there are so many mixed maps that it has the potential to be unbalancing for teams that prefer open maps. Because of this we're going to suspend Mountain Fortress from use for the 2nd half the season. We'll definitely be reintroducing it next season once we've reworked the map system to better accommodate mixed maps.

Considering all the great submissions i'm tempted to say we should organise some kind of post-season knockout tournament to really test a lot of the new submissions in an environment that doesn't unbalance the ladder. Though that discussion is for another time.

There's other easter eggs though, I have put in several area's for clans to claim.

AE can claim the ApplE AllEy (alley with many apples)
RNGD can claim the Renegades Need to Get Dressed alley (alley with many clothes)
And of course the Cheeses of Reveran.

There's plenty of other stuff too, the ladderalley, a broken cart blockade, a mansion, a keep, a tent, a lil' shrine for the worshipping of false gods and a fountain.

Irrelevant Graveyard (non-accessible, thus Irrelevant) is there to suit your needs. If you want something less morbid, go for the Illusive Garden instead (hidden by the Mansion walls, thus Illusive).

I really would've liked the other stuff... but since I don't want to fight over those, I'll settle for just the keep. I just need to hope the King doesn't come for visit, since without the tent, he'll need to sleep under the open sky... or bring his own tent.
