I think everyone will agree replay is the best solution.
That may be so, but Heroes seem well within their right to ask for a default win, seeing how they were ready on time and their opponent wasn't.

We are here to play Warband and not to get easy default win... Let´s replay the match to see who really deserves the victory.

And I say again, It should not be anyone's decision but Heroes. If they think they don't want to or can't play a rematch, I don't think anyone should try to force them. As far as I know, they were on the server at the time of the match and they shouldn't have to prepare for match again, if they don't want to.

nobody is telling heroes what they HAVE to do, they are merely suggesting what i think everyone agrees; that playing the match again is the best option.

No one who suggested it thinks that their word is law, there just pointing to the best solution, in the hope it will happen.

Tell that FIN^^
We could've left the tournament when we first time didn't have players because people having real life events, but atleast in my eyes postponing few days is better solution. We didn't tell any team to leave during that time.

Am I missing something? If Heroes don't take that default win when it's available and agree to reschedule, they sacrifice that chance as far as I'm concerned.

Defenders of Wonwokie 16 - 0 Heroes

Confirmed.

You confirmed the original score straight away without doing even the most basic investigation (e.g. asking heroes) yet hesitate to change the result when proof has been provided of the truth?

I really do sympathise with you Zaharist, its a shame you suffered because you attempted to be nice. Though the only rule breaking was done during the match and not before.

I really do sympathise with Heroes, they didn't break any rules yet were awarded a default loss and you are now showing favouratism towards a team that broke the rules by not offering them a default win.

Why were Wonwokie not told to rematch? The admin team should seriously consider giving an official apology to Heroes for dropping the ball on this one. I really don't like the fact that two teams are being treated differently, and the team which did nothing wrong is being punished for the failing of another. Really poor.

The truth is that I made it clear to Heroes (the leader of which was AFK for 2 days) that I was willing to consider any evidence contradicting what Anaconda had told me. Heroes failed to say so much as a word until it was too late (so actually it was impossible to investigate sufficiently in the short time frame), as such the admins were forced temporarily accept that the events had proceeded as Wonwokie stated so that we were able to continue pick night.

I've made it clear throughout this whole affair that i'm more than willing to listen to evidence from both sides. It's pretty obvious the best course of action is for both sides just to fight and I stand by that.

Seems to me that there are blame to be given on both sides. Maybe more one way than the other but either way I hope everyone participating in WNL is here because they enjoy playing warband more than anything else.

Punctuality when it comes to showing up for matches is a courtesy we all owe eachother. That times were mixed up and one team prehaps were a bit too fast on the trigger to call default win is unfortunately but...
I'd like to urge both teams to choose to play no matter who was/is more in the wrong or right, instead of letting a league admin take heat for tough decision. Lets enjoy the game and let the battles be faught ingame and not on the forums.
