we can add players during the tournament any day (if they are not in other teams' rosters), those who are already in roster can be removed and added only during transfer week.

Yeah thats exactly right;

If you want to sign someone up who has been playing for another WNL side, you need to wait till transfer week; then his team would confirm him leaving, then he can join you.

By the way, any players who are NOT on your roster and who play for you, will just be added to your roster. you don't get any infractions unless they are playing for other teams.

Yeah, they're id's will be added to the roster. Of course your will probably have to supply them after the game or preferably before.
