You don't have a team, but you wish to participate in WMT 2? Then be sure to check our Free Agents Thread and hopefully you will be finding yourself a team in no time.
Link to Free Agents Thread is here.

Announcement no.4

On the behalf of our WMT admin team and I am sure all the players that will participate in our competition, we would like to say Huge Thank You to Gibby for donating two Denmark located servers to our competition.
This new server location will give more options to the teams to chose from when booking servers for their matches.

The servers are already up and running and will be listed in the server bookings thread as soon as possible.

Announcement no.5

Just a quick announcement about Single Elimination part of WMT.
Since we got so many teams to sign up, SE stage of the tournament will be for the top 8 teams that managed to collect the most points throughout Regular Season.

Announcement no.6
As for the first Pick Night, we are trying to find suitable person that could stream the draw. As of now Pick Night is still scheduled for today (Monday) @ 18 BST.
You will be informed on time if something changes.

PS. Streamers, if you are interesting in broadcasting this Week 1 Draw contact me on steam asap so that we can talk about it and see if we can come to an agreement.
My steam profile is here.

Announcement no.8

We are very pleased to announce that, thanks to Skrypt we now have two Germany located servers. Both servers are already up and running, as well as ready for booking on our servers thread.
We are very grateful for this donation and we hope that servers will be put to good use during WMT 2.

Announcement no.9

We are very pleased to announce that, thanks to Taleworlds we now have four Netherlands located servers. The servers are already up and running, and are listed on the servers thread, however we will be using them as backup servers in case of overbooking and not as general use servers.
We are very grateful for this donation and for Taleworlds continuing support of the competitive scene.

Announcement no.10

Zoyka

The player Zoyka entered a server and interrupted an official match and insulted a referee.  The admins will not tolerate any interference with matches or any disrespect towards tournament officials.

Zoyka is banned from this tournament.

Teams are reminded that ensuring the players they sign up are eligible for the tournament is their responsibility.  Any team that has a banned player on their roster is risking a team punishment.

Announcement no.11

We have great news for the supporters of the most booked WMT servers. Skrypt has decided to generously donate additional 2 Germany located servers that are already up and running.
Huge thanks to the donor for supporting WMT 2 even more and lets hope that these new servers will be an online battlefield of some amazing matches!

Announcement no.12

Deadline for roster submissions is Sunday 09/10/2016 @ Midnight BST / 01:00 CEST / 7pm EST.
This is very important for the teams that will be participating in the Single Elimination stage of the tournament, so do not forget to add players you may want to use.
It is also important to add 2nd and 3rd (if for some reason you need them...) IDs of your members, because once the deadline is over there won't be any more roster changes.
Which means that if for example one of your players is listed on roster, but has used ID that was not submitted/registered, then that will be seen as roster violation and all rounds player in question has played will count as lost.

[5.]Roster Rules

  • Roster changes are allowed only during the Regular Season.

Announcement no.13

Due to a bugged flag on Khergit Settlement map the FTW v PE match that ended in a draw was not clear cut and possibly influenced by the previously unknown bug.  Both teams have requested a replay and the admins are pleased to agree in this case.

The replay is set to happen tomorrow, Saturday, and will not delay the tournament.

The admins will check all servers and determine whether the bug can be fixed but in the absence of further announcements teams should note that the flag to teh right of teh lower spawn on Khergit Settlement is bugged in that raising it to the top will not end the round.

Announcement no.14

We have fixed bugged flag on the Khergits Settlement map. Correct version is up on all of our Holland , France and Germany servers.

Thanks to Skrypt for uploading the files so quickly.

Announcement no.17

Time Zone Changes

On Sunday, October 30 at 2am, the UK will revert to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) by going back one hour, to 1am. This marks the official end of British summertime (BST).
Most European countries will make the same time shift at the same time. Afaik Iceland, Belarus, Turkey and Russia are exceptions.

Times for Sunday bookings are therefore in GMT not, as previously, BST.

For comparison the #WMT Grand Final will be held at 19:30 GMT (click for countdown) which without the clock change would have been 20:30 BST.
