Not sure what is going on here, but here goes my attempt to explain it. Just recently did a Windows update for 8.1 (dislike 10), and shortly after doing the update, when I went to run M&B 1.011, it told me I had to enter my serial key, even though I had already done that when I purchased the game. Well, I entered the key, and it informed me the game was successfully activated. I clicked ok, then the serial key window popped up again as if I hadn't entered the key. I double checked the accuracy of the key in my email, entered it a second time, and again, it said activation successful, followed by the "please enter serial key for activation" window. So I am wondering, do I need a new serial key now, or is there some bug related to the game not recognizing a Windows system update?
