No, I didn't use any mods.
Summary: I recently purchased a new laptop that was well priced but not a gaming one like my previous one. However, I was surprised to find that it was relatively better than my old one and should be able to run Bannerlord on similar settings. However the issue I am having is that it seems like the game is not properly detecting the correct GPU memory usage. I have the i5-1135G7 card selected in the options but I only have the estimated GPU Usage maxed out at 128mb.

I attempted to reinstall my graphics drivers to no avail. I also messed around with the graphics settings trying to get it to use performance mode but that also didn't work. The game also runs like it is using solely the integrated graphics card despite the proper one being selected. Bannerlord also seem to be the only game facing this issue as well on it.

Computer Specs:
Acer Aspire 5
Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz
Installed RAM 8.00 GB (7.78 GB usable)
System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Edit:
in addition to the above, there isn't even an option to switch gpu to the integrated card, it lists only the faster one.
