Will Disciplinary Perk return to Bannerlord?

I honestly loved that perk I know it does give you acess to noble troops but When I play the game I could barely find any noble troop available for hire throughout calradia. I was just wondering if the perk will return?

I got the answer, they will distribute disciplinary perk's effects to different perks on roguery. However it seems they removed perk before adding others. They will bring this perk back with a hotfix until others are ready.
