Wife not getting pregnant

I have had it in 2 separate playthroughs now. I marry Liena ( one of the the vassals of the Vlandians, one of those who have their own parties etc). Both times it has happened that she does not get pregnant even after a whole ingame year. Ive had her in my party, in a castle or roaming a round no luck. Any body else have this issue ? is it a bug is there a fix ? Help please

Mine doesnt stop getting pregnant... Ive had 4 already and just got another message she is with child again.

I married Ira, daughter of the Empress of Southern Empire. She has her own party but usually she is in my army.

I have 3 daughters and 1 son already.

I heard you have to unequip her armor in the inventory screen and have at least 2 wine in inventory before it happens

I have the same problem.. I hope they patch her to. Oh, were you talking about Bannerlord?

My Liena aleady has 6 kids in 3 years with 7th otw. Married her in a new campaign, we will see. Liena has the best characteristics

lol. i love these threads.
my wife got pregnant on our first night together. it took me many trials as the other ladies i was courting, *****es just refuse me since my charm is low and i don't know how the barter/interaction options work yet.
but i believe if you have a warrior type wife, it maybe harder to get pregnant than the town clothes wife.

I have the same wife, she is pregnant with her 5th now, she had 4 births in just over a year, not really sure how she does that.

Yea I started a new playthrough today with and married Liena. I have relation 0 and she won't get pregnant even though i've had her in my party for ages. In my previous playthrough I married Ira and had like 10 kids with her I have no idea what's going on.

Well my wife got pregnant first time after like 5 months of trying. The trick is to have fresh semen before ovulation, and obviously finishing together helps a lot. 2nd time it was first try.

Since 1.0.10 and on 1.1.0 my wife is getting pregnant only if she's within my party which makes sense if she's not cheating xD

P.S.
On 1.0.8 she got pregnant while she was in enemy prison which makes me doubt my firs son is mine xD

I'm just amazed so many people married Liena; I married her and she has popped out #6 already in just 4 or 5 game years. I think the trick is to keep her in your party full time, lots of booze in inventory, and to rest at towns often.

If I recall correctly there's a Medicine perk that increases fertility (although it probably isn't implemented yet). So I'm guessing every playthrough the ladies are randomly assigned a fertility number or range. My character married Liena (like so many others it seems) and she knocked out 6 in a little over two years.

Does having beer/wine in your inventory actually increase fertility?
