Why I didn't get the castle that I siege alone what is the requirement of getting one im confuse one video said that if you contribute the most on siege most likely you own it but I solo and yet I didn't get the castle lol I just wondering did you get this weird scenario too

what is the basis of getting a fief?

I heard that the kingdom only votes people in who have castles/towns close the the one that was being decided on.

I haven't tested it yet though, But i heard that was the reason why some players aren't being voted to have the castle/town when they took it alone. Because you don't have a town/castle near it. But if you don't have Any town/castle in the kingdom. You will be the first voted in.

not the one who fight for the siege I mean thats really unfair you make the effort and didn't get the territory right?

I mean, it's a good idea. And makes sense in the medieval ages. You control regions back then not single towns and castles. So any castle/towns that is close to it, can vote for it. And it is easier for him to defend those boarders.

I honostly dont know how exactly that it worked. how I got my castle and fiefs was becoming part of an army while being a vassal. we attacked multiple settlements and I didint really contribute much at all - I had low army numbers, far lower than the other lords. After about 5 battles I noticed that I had more money income and looked.... Apparently I was given a castle without knowing.

Were you at least voted in the tab? If you were, Then the most influential person gets it. And i noticed the more influence you have. The more control you have over the kingdom. Even in battles. You can control more units.

If its like warband then your relationship with the other lords and king played a large role along with how much territory you already hold. If an influential well liked lord doesn't have any fief then he will get a fief over basically anyone else.

Not too sure then buddy Probably there is an order on how the voting goes?
Like Example: Having no fief>Relation>Influence>Bordering said castle/town> Idk the rest. But probably there is an order in this way.

And probably taking into account the fiefs you currently have, If you have a lot. They will probably give it to the ones that don't have one.

probably I already own 6 territory they probably give it to other lord lol hahaha I just want to hoard it

This things happen.
You know, you could start your own kingdom, and take everything for you.
thats my plan first but I married rhagea daughter makes me feel bad for her if I wage war on her mother thats why I joined southern empire
ill probably make new campaign as a lord next time

I have to wonder if it is partly random too. The Vlandians took a castle (with my help) and they awarded it to the guy who already has more fiefs than the king. He wasn't even part of the army that took the castle. He stayed at home counting his money and he is the one that gets it. The castle was in a lousy location and he was welcome to it. I just couldn't figure out how he even made the list for consideration.

King has last word on this, maybe he has a good relationship with the other lord, if you know what i mean...
