Why Is This Forum Section So Toxic?

I think he simply disagrees with you. Just because someone doesn't agree with you it doesn't mean they're not listening.
No it isn't disagreeing, he always disregards the same point that make his whole fantasy that TW are doing a good job fall flat down on the pavement.
The fact TW has never taken very good suggestions that were backed by most of the community during the early alpha and beta when the forum wasn't toxic at all shows it doesn't matter how toxic the forum is, they never intend on taking any of those suggestions.
But he has gone so deep into his fantasy that he somehow believes after 90% of the hopeful player base that used to roam these forums and keep suggesting good ideas during the early days, that somehow it is still because of how toxic the forum is that TW isn't listening.
It's completely delusional.

But don't forget that their job is coding.
Other positions must reach to the community and translate our view to the dev managment so the people who decide the direction of the game can tell the devs where to dig or not to.
The problem is not with the guys who are adjusting the swing speed of the weapons.
They've given interviews on Twitch/YouTube in Turkish.
I think someone translated it, but not all of it, and there wasn't much to get in terms of MP.
I can appreciate that you sympathize with developers, but I cannot understand how you think the developers are the ONLY humans here.
On steam, to this very day, their EA reason reads:

Why can't you sympathize with the person who PAID for the product reading the EA, came to the forums for suggestions only to see that for the past year his/her same suggestions have been ignored. Genuinely, what threads have you been looking at to come to the conclusion that for the past year TW's thought process is:

In the first few minutes -which is the portion of the video I've watched thus far- the lead designer talks about a removed feature which he personally liked, namely the ability to command one's horse to kick by pressing E, similar to how it is done by the player character on foot. He also mentions the relative inexperience of the developers and the relative indefiniteness of how their priorities are set with respect to the likes of Ubisoft and so on. I may watch it in its entirety and translate it, later.
The thing is people have paid for something which literally says "there may be problems and missing features/content", which is exactly what's happening and then they're complaining that content/features are missing/incomplete, and when their constructive feedback wasn't responded to in as timely a manner as they want they turned this forum into a cesspit where anyone who disagrees with them and actually likes the game gets called all sorts of names in a very toxic manner, and can't enjoy the forum at all. I used to come to this forum like ten years ago on a regular basis and it was a very nice place to communicate with people, this new generation of players have just created this horrible environment and it sucks

Don't try and reason someone who says "You paid for an early access!". They are too much into their own fantasy

The fact that you needed to split that quote I provided to justify your point while ignoring the other half which most of us are more frustrated about is... almost impressive. If we use an analogy: If you order two items from a food chain store and only receive one of them, your logic implies "the thing is you got one of your orders so why are you complaining about its content" despite the person clearly being more upset about the fact that half his order is missing. It is the same with you.
What new generation of players might I ask? Are you implying that for whoever did not have a forum account prior to the release of WB weren't M&B fans or haven't spent thousands of hours on the game regardless? It is the same for BL, I'm sure many people who have played WB and enjoy BL don't exist or created an account for the forums, and more power to them. You clearly have a notion that people don't want BL to succeed, which is incredibly stupid because all this conversing is happening over their OFFICIAL forum which was advertised many times throughout TW posts/media. However, as your OP post suggests, you believe that next to every thread criticizing TW simply stem from a "new generation", acting like most of the people new to the series aren't also the main defenders of the game.
He's a boomer, fixated on the idea that everyone complaining is a console playing teenager, when realistically almost nobody under the age of like 30 browses forums nowadays.
