Why is the campaign AI so stupid?

King Graveth is down to his final castle and he will not accept peace. Also, Im trying to recruit lords from Rhodoks *most are -80 relation with King Graveth*. BTW the system on how you recruit lords is retarded. I under stand the RTR, honor reknowned, open lands, etc but, it takes too damn long to wait for them to *show* up at your capitol. Also if you wipe out a faction none of the lords come to your side ever. I currently have  3k reknowned, 76 RTR 286 honor and a full kingdoms worth of free land to dish out...

All you have to do is to hurry the process of them running to you. Also, a converting compainion lord will go to your party.
