One time while I was playing, I heard a sound which while isn't as loud as the sound of doom, I think could be described as having someone urinating in your right ear.

Yeah, bug is still present in MP, also experienced it after the fix, lasted for a few second and only in right ear, like some kind of demon was being drowned and not that bad as original sound of doom but still makes you question your existence and sanity.
